The clinical scope encompasses general hematologic and oncologic conditions within an outpatient and clinic setting, with call coverage required on a 1:5 rotation. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system with Beacon for Chemo utilized for chemotherapy-related documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an active Washington state license, prescriptive authority, and hospital privileges are required for this assignment.
