We are looking for an exceptional Legal Secretary. You will be responsible for legal secretary duties such as writing, typing, filing, etc. We also expect you to be familiar with drafting and formatting legal documents and other correspondence, such as engagement letters and motions. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible and well-organized. The hours can be flexible for whenever you are available to work.
Legal Secretary Duties and Responsibilities
- Type legal documents as needed.
 - Type legal documents including court accountings as needed.
 - Maintain organized files on a computer.
 - E-File documents with various courts
 
Legal Secretary Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Experience in the legal field is a plus.
 - Computer literate in Microsoft Office and legal software.
 - Highly skilled in grammar and punctuation.
 - Comfortable with accountings and basic mathematical calculations.
 - Must be a notary or eligible for notary appointment.
