Robert Half is partnering with a boutique firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion.
Location: Greater Seattle Area
Pay Rate: $65-80 per hour
Duration: 3+ months, potential for extension
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, hybrid - remote primary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of claims and legal documentation.
- Prepare and draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
- Analyze and interpret medical records related to legal cases.
- Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop case strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Washington State Barred with license in good standing.
- Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.
The salary range for this position is $65-80/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
