Assembly Supervisor | Spring Lake, MI
Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with automated assembly lines
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
- CAD software experience for minor fixture adjustments
- Prior experience in a unionized environment
