Assembly Line Quality Assurance Lead (Food Production)

Hours: 5:00AM - 1:30P M-F
Pay: $17/hr

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Food Packaging Workers to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the packaging and delivery of fresh fruits and deli foods in a cold environment for sale in stores. This position requires working in a freezer area to ensure the freshness and quality of the products.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee packaging teams quality of production and delivery into appropriate containers for retail sale.
- Ensure all packaging meets company standards for quality and presentation.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues.
- Label packages accurately with product information and expiration dates.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer area).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in food packaging or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
