<p>Job Description<strong>TITLE:</strong> <strong>Corporate Paralegal</strong><strong>LOCATION:</strong> <strong>New York or New Jersey office</strong>Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s New Jersey or New York Offices to assist attorneys with corporate transactions. REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Five (5+) years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and succession planning, financial and transactional practice. </li>
<li>Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. </li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. </li>
<li>College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.</li>
