An award-winning upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. You'll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every guest receives impeccable service while helping drive the restaurant's continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front and back of house operations alongside the leadership team
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members
- Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining the highest service standards
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operational costs to meet financial goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
- Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine-dining environment
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and financial performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing others
