We are looking for a skilled and motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Piscataway, New Jersey. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication abilities and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the chance to demonstrate your expertise while contributing to the success of the organization. This role is going to Audio/Visual focus assisting on setting up conferences and events:


Responsibilities:

• Maintain computer hardware and peripherals by performing upgrades, replacements, and ensuring proper documentation and inventory management.

• Offer guidance and support to Tier 1 team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Apply corporate processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change management to efficiently resolve technical issues.

• Manage user accounts throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, modifications, and departures.

• Troubleshoot a wide range of end-user issues, providing in-depth analysis for web and mobile applications.

• Handle escalated tickets related to server and network challenges, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards by closing tickets promptly and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrate understanding of network systems, servers, PCs, databases, and proprietary platforms to address technical problems effectively.

• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with corporate IT processes, such as Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Ability to manage user accounts and perform lifecycle tasks efficiently.
• Solid understanding of network systems, servers, and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
