"Looking to hire a sharp, organized Software Engineering Leader to drive software delivery across New Software Development, DevOps, QA, and Sustaining Engineering. You’ll mentor a talented team, streamline processes, and stay hands-on with code."

Desired Experience:

Hands on Coding Experience with PHP and the LAMP Stack; Experience leading the charge to convert/re-factor PhP code to a modern (Node.Js, JavaScript, AWS) Framework is preferred
Experience managing Software Engineering Processes, Procedures, Operations and Delivery.
End-to-end team leadership: Engineering, QA, DevOps, Sustaining-Continuing Engineering, Process Improvement, Release Engineering and Coordination (patches, fixes, updates, new global product releases)
Agile process improvement and delivery excellence
Past or Current Experience with Linux Administration and AWS Administration (DevOps, AWS Services, AWS Tools, etc.) is preferred.
Hands-on coding and architecture (player-coach style)
Agile/SCRUM mindset and mentoring chops
Experience working directly with external Software-Company Clients in areas including (and not limited to): Requirements Gathering for code customizations based on external client needs, managing escalated support, aka: sustaining-continuing engineering...escalated support issues that require coding to resolve the issue

Pluses:

Experience working in a similar role for a Software Company....managing the coding/delivery/customization multiple software versions for different external clients
Experience with Software payments/transaction processing which included tokenization, transaction processing, messaging-confirmations, encryption, PCI-DSS, etc.
A College Degree in Computer Science or related field.
