Provides quality patient care. Is skilled in group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy techniques. Is responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation and case management functions which includes, but is not limited to, treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patients with community resources. Is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is expected to work with other team members to assist patients in achieving maximum benefit of treatment. Other duties as assigned.Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Must possess a current valid state license. License renewal as required by law.One Year of clinical experience in a behavioral setting is strongly preferred.
