At NFI Empire we work on a wide variety of vehicles; with a focus on classics of all years, makes, and models as well as customizing current model vehicles. As a service writer you will be communicating with customers about the current condition of their vehicle and the suggested needed repairs, along with the customers desires for their vehicle. Building out a comprehensive estimates for the work and walking them through the estimate.
Along with needed repairs, you will be building out our customers dream vehicles for them. Whether it is doing a suspension lift kit, or putting a new supercharger on a vehicle, at NFI Empire there is no telling what job will be next!
As a NFI Empire service writer you will need to be a good communicator and value the relationships you build with customers. Problem solving and teamwork are an essential part of the job. We value a positive attitude and a determination to get the job done, and done right!
