Summary: Hiring a Systems Administrator with experience in system administration support, Linux system administration, and automation using scripting languages.
Job Requirements:

Strong system administration support skills, including troubleshooting and familiarity with Windows and Mac systems

Experience in Neat administration
-
Knowledge of Service Now administration
-
Proficiency in Linux system administration; imaging on servers etc.

Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages or latest technologies (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible)
-
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere preferred)
-
Demonstrated understanding of fundamental networking concepts and technologies (Switching, VLANs, routing, firewall rules/access lists)

Familiarity with common open source tools & services (web server, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, git)
-
Security+ certification is required
-
Additional appropriate security certificates for administrating networks in a classified environment (i.e. MCSE + Security, CompTIA Security+ CE)
Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain complex systems and networks in a research environment
-
Support highly technical end users by maintaining laboratories of research servers and network
-
Maintain virtual environments as well as desktop/laptop development systems
-
Perform helpdesk functions to support group desktop/laptop machines
Preferred Skills:
-
Previous experience working in both unclassified // FOUO and classified environments

Interim clearance acceptable at start time

Availability to work onsite 5 days a week with occasional flexibility
Pay Details: $71.00 to $95.00 per hour
