Our client, an established and growing industrial construction and engineering firm, is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects at industrial and energy facilities. This is a high-visibility role with ownership of projects from planning through closeout, and a clear path to senior project leadership.

What You’ll Do

- \n
- Own project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through closeout
- Review specifications and build project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
- Prepare and present scopes of work, estimates, drawings, and schedules for clients
- Direct subcontractors and self-perform crews, balancing resources across multiple teams
- Plan procurement and material, equipment, and tool deliveries in coordination with purchasing
- Track project progress and costs, and adjust plans to keep work on target
- Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and negotiating change orders
- Deliver weekly and monthly status reports, including labor tracking
- Flag risks early to leadership and drive solutions
- Work alongside engineering, contracts, and accounting teams to hit project milestones
- Oversee project billing, payments, and cost verification
- Evaluate warranty claims and determine scope and coverage
- Maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards on every project

What You Bring
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
- 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (required)
- Industrial construction experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience a plus
- Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% - local jobsites
