Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.Education:1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field, or2. The equivalent combination of education and successful work experience (10 years) and3. CPA Certification is PreferredQualifications1. 12+ years of Business Analyst experience (Required)2. 12+ Years of Software Development Lifecycle experience (Required)3. 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience (Required)4. 12+ years of Microsoft Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint experience (Required)5. 12+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience (Required)6. 12+ years of experience working as an Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert/SME in Procure to Pay Process Area (Required)7. 8+ years of experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Procure to Pay Process Area (Required)8. Demonstrable expertise within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite. Specific expertise is required within the following modules: Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables.9. 8+ years of experience providing production support for Oracle EBS/Cloud Application10. 8+ Years' experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud Procure to Pay Process Area (Required)11.
