We are seeking a Cleaning Person for our Macomb and St Clair County Apartment Communities. If you like to clean we'd love for you join our team! Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition</li>
<li>Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, bathrooms and windows</li>
<li>Cleaning vacant units before they are rented</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Clean common hallway and foyer areas, entrances, storage areas and laundry rooms in individual buildings</li>
<li>Cleaning rental offices and office areas</li>
<li>Cleaning flower beds</li>
<li>Maintain working condition of your cleaning equipment</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in cleaning</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
