Job Description

We're a water-conservation-focused irrigation company serving Douglas County's residential and commercial clients. We're hiring one experienced Lead Irrigation Technician for the May–October season.

What you'll do Perform system startups, mid-season adjustments, winterizations, diagnostics, and upgrade installs. Represent the brand professionally in the field — you'll work independently with minimal supervision.

Performance commission on upgrade and repair work (5%)

What we're looking for

3+ years of residential irrigation experience
Ability to diagnose and repair all major system components
Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
Strong communication skills — you're the face of the company
Ambition to grow — we want our first hire to become a cornerstone of the team

Pay range: $27.00–$34.00/hr (base + commission; total compensation varies based on performance)
