We are currently seeking the right person to join our growing team as a Resident Care Coordinator - Scheduler for our Health Services Department.\n\nAs the Resident Care Coordinator - Scheduler, you are responsible for creating and maintaining the team member staffing schedule for our Assisted Living and Memory Care departments. The scheduler will also be responsible for calling team members to fill open shifts.\n\nIn addition to the scheduling, this position does include mentoring new hires. Mentoring the new hires will include making sure they have completed their learning checklists, completed the required training, and connecting them with trainers and mentors.

This does require being on-call along with a rotation of being on-call on the weekends. This will support three (3) shifts with 60+ employees, and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.\n\nThis team member will fill in with resident care as needed.\n\nWe are looking for a person who is dynamic at creating a team environment, inspires people, has a positive attitude, jumps in when needed, is great at follow-up and has fantastic organizational skills. Sets goals for the department and helps the team achieve the goals.
