Job Summary:
The Repair Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs at the station on Air Cargo equipment (Containers, Pallets, Nets).
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Abide by all company and aviation authority rules and guidelines
- Perform maintenance on Air Cargo equipment in accordance with applicable regulated maintenance documents, to include: Sheet metal repair, drilling, riveting, etc.; Documenting work performed; Interfacing with computers/tablets; Reporting discrepancies; Maintaining organized work-station area, including parts, tools, and supplies.
- Assist with upkeep of the facility
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to interface with computers/tablets
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task and apply initiative
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Safety conscious
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- TIG welding experience preferred
- Related experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to pass drug test per Federal Aviation Association (FAA) requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking; ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to service equipment
Work Schedule & Location:
- Location: Onsite. Candidate must be local to our facility in Miami, FL
- Schedule: Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

- Base Pay
- Annual Target Bonus, awarded based on company performance
