DESCRIPTION:
ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Senior CRM Administrator with strong Quality Assurance (QA) ownership to lead the management, customization, integration, and validation of enterprise CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform.
This role plays a critical part in enterprise modernization and integration initiatives, supporting both Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises and Dynamics 365 cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines deep CRM administration expertise with automation, Azure integrations, SQL analysis, and a disciplined QA mindset—serving as the final quality gate before production deployment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows for CRM and cross-system automation.
- Build and orchestrate system integrations using Azure Logic Apps.
- Develop and test Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) integrated with Dataverse.
- Administer and support Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-prem) and Dynamics 365 (cloud) environments.
- Manage Dataverse architecture including tables, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Customize CRM functionality using workflows, business rules, calculated fields, and automation tools.
- Support system upgrades, cloud migrations, and environment lifecycle management (Dev/UAT/Prod).
- Maintain platform stability, governance, security, logging, and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with BI teams supporting Power BI datasets sourced from Dataverse and SQL.
- Serve as QA Owner for CRM-related implementations and integrations:
- Develop comprehensive test plans
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Validate cross-system business processes
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Act as final approval gate prior to production release
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience administering and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-prem) and Dynamics 365 (cloud)
- Extensive knowledge of Dataverse architecture and security
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills
- Experience with:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Functions (preferred)
- Proven experience owning QA processes for CRM integrations and enterprise implementations
- Experience validating integrations across ERP systems, APIs, portals, and reporting platforms
- Understanding of CRM data models and business process flows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience supporting Power BI reporting environments
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position operates in a professional office environment (hybrid model).
Some travel may be required (up to 10%).
