Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Assembly Worker in Owensville, MO. This full-time, 1st shift opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want a consistent weekday schedule in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
- Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
Requirements for the Assembly Worker
- Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Previous assembly or production experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Assembly Worker Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components following instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete tasks
- Measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
