Productivity Coach – Real Estate Agent Development
We’re seeking a motivated and committed Productivity Coach to mentor and develop newly licensed real estate agents as they launch and grow their businesses. This leadership role focuses on helping agents build strong habits, stay accountable, and develop the skills needed for long-term success in real estate.
As a Productivity Coach, you will provide consistent guidance through hands-on training, structured accountability, and personalized one-on-one mentorship. Your role will be to help agents stay focused on the daily activities that generate results while building confidence in their conversations, systems, and client relationships.
You’ll work closely with agents to help them follow proven models and business systems that support productivity and steady growth. By reinforcing strong habits and providing practical coaching, you will play a key role in helping agents move from early-stage learning to consistent production.

Compensation:
$125,400 - $192,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide new agents in mastering Keller Williams' systems and models to ensure their success.
- Provide personalized one-on-one mentorship to help agents build confidence and achieve their goals.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that empower agents with essential real estate skills.
- Monitor agents' progress and offer constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Encourage agents to set ambitious goals and hold them accountable for achieving them.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align coaching strategies with market center objectives.
- Develop tailored action plans that address individual agent needs and drive measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
- Ability to mentor and inspire new agents, fostering their growth and confidence.
- Proven track record of facilitating engaging and effective training sessions.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ability to develop personalized action plans that drive measurable results.
