Touch of Italy in downtown Lewes is looking for a year-round, full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We're busy, we move fast, and we take our food seriously. We're looking for someone who can handle a station, keep their cool when the board fills up, and be a solid teammate when service gets rolling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your station during busy lunch and dinner services
- Preparing and cooking menu items consistently and correctly
- Keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready for service
- Handling prep and helping the team wherever needed
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicating with the kitchen and keeping service moving
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a celebrity chef. You do need to:
- Have solid line-cook experience
- Be dependable and show up ready to work
- Work with urgency without sacrificing quality
- Keep your station organized
- Handle a busy service without falling apart when the tickets start flying
- Be a good teammate — no drama, no disappearing acts
- Be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
