Director of Information Technology ( Systems Security- ISS) FULLY REMOTE ROLE!
25% ANNUAL BONUS + SALARY OF $170,000 to $180,000 (Negotiable, Based on Your Experience & Our Discussion etc.). The Annual Bonus is Pro-Rated so regardless of your start date, you WILL be getting the pro-rated bonus. FULL BENEFITS, ALL EQUIPMENT expenses covered paid by company. Excellent 401K Plan.

This company needs an experienced Director of Information Technology (Systems Security). A TEAM-FOCUSED, collaborative culture throughout the organization.
**SALARY: $170,000 to $180,000 base (depending upon experience)
**ANNUAL BONUS: 25%

Requirements:
*Experience supervising (or managing) at least 3 other IT personnel at some point in your past or recent career. Either currently or in the past is fine.
*BS in Computer Science or an IT or Engineering related degree. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF A COMPLETED 4-YEAR COLLEGE Degree in one of these fields.
*A minimum of 5 years IT management experience
*Experience with all (or most) of these: AuditBoard, CrowdStrike, Keeper, SmartSheet, Splunk, Varonis, ReliaQuest
*A team-focused management style
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
