Job Description
As a Graphic Designer at Find8 Performance Marketing, you’ll work on a variety of creative projects, including websites, print materials, logos, and advertising campaigns. Your designs will be crafted to influence and inspire action, using effective research and design strategies to connect with target audiences. You’ll combine typography, photography, illustration, and color to deliver clear and impactful visual messages.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong design skills and a proven track record of success. Responsibilities
- Design clean, professional creative solutions that align with brand standards and aesthetics.
- Generate and execute ideas for print projects such as flyers, presentations, posters, business cards, direct mail, outdoor billboards, and more.
- Build websites using Wordpress as the CMS combined with Elementor as the theme generator and page building platform.
- Assist the Junior Designer with creating email campaign design templates, banner and social media advertising templates, and organic social media posts.
- Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions and participate in client meetings, when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
- Advanced understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Expertise in Adobe creative Cloud applications.
- Proficiency in typography and the ability to use it strategically in your designs.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design choices clearly.
- A passion for staying informed about trends and new technologies in design.
