Summary:
Nike is seeking a Merchant II to support the development and management of seasonal product assortments for Sportswear. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of merchandising experience, a strong retail background, and a keen consumer focus to help shape product strategies and drive marketplace success.

Responsibilities:

Support the creation and execution of seasonal product assortments

Manage and maintain seasonal merchandising tools and systems

Analyze business and consumer trends to inform product decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, product creation, and consumer insights

Assist in identifying new product opportunities and marketplace strategies
Skills/Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or retail management

Strong understanding of consumer and market dynamics
-
Experience managing line plans and seasonal assortments
-
Proficient in business analysis and consumer trend evaluation

Effective communication and presentation skills

Experience in footwear or apparel, and familiarity with PLM systems is a plus

Ability to thrive in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
