Work Environment\n
This full-time position allows for a flexible work schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts based on the needs of the students and the organization. The role is primarily remote, focusing on virtual consultations and counseling sessions, with occasional on-site interactions required to foster relationships with school staff and to engage directly with students.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to identify the emotional, social, and educational needs of students.
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions addressing issues such as grief, adjustment, anxiety, and social skills.
- Collaborate with educational staff and medical teams to create inclusive support plans that enhance student well-being.
- Coordinate with community organizations to facilitate post-intervention services and ensure continuity of care for students and families.
- Offer parent and family education regarding mental health resources and treatment options to empower their involvement in the care process.
- Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately, following legal and ethical standards within the social work field.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-based programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and addressing student needs.
- Be available for crisis intervention by addressing urgent emotional issues that may arise during school hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
