Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible work schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts based on the needs of the students and the organization. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to identify the emotional, social, and educational needs of students.

  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions addressing issues such as grief, adjustment, anxiety, and social skills.

  • Be available for crisis intervention by addressing urgent emotional issues that may arise during school hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes students from diverse backgrounds, ages K-12, who may be experiencing a range of challenges related to mental health, social dynamics, and transitions. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
