With a minimum of five years of experience managing large-scale projects and programs, the Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with business leaders to create detailed project plans, define initiative milestones, identify interdependencies, and ensure strategic communication across enterprise efforts.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop Project Frameworks: Work closely with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and other project managers to define project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Team Management: Lead project teams to meet program goals and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Accountability: Ensure all deliverables align with established business objectives and goals.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Collaborate with program/project managers to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed status reports for managers and stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and overcoming program risks as they arise.

This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site for three days a week. The selected candidate will need flexibility to adapt to office and remote working arrangements while maintaining close collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience managing large-scale projects and programs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI), Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci), Lean Six Sigma certification, or relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with public speaking and facilitation expertise.
  • Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, leadership, time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
