A leading industrial treatment company near Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Engineering Manager to support the production floor and lead a team that includes two senior direct reports. We're open to a strong Lead or Senior Engineer ready to grow their leadership experience. Compensation: $130K–$135K annually including an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. This is a key leadership role with visibility across operations and the change to make an impact on team development.

What you will do as the Engineering Manager:

• Oversee quality control for Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Assembly
• Maintain shop presence and is available for interfacing with Production
• Review customer/contractor’s bids and specifications
• Create, modify, and finalize bills of material (BOMs) for both production and bids
• Attend project meetings as required by the project
• Create and modify electrical drawings and control panel layouts
• Assist in automation and control systems design, specification, simulation
• Implement specialized techniques and approaches to handle automation projects
• Develop customized programs specific to customer needs and requirements
• Maintain confidential operational system information

What you need to be the Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
• 2-5+ years in the panel industrial experience preferred
• Previous experience leading a team
• Ability to write and speak to director levels on reports
• Exposure to Allen Bradley/ Rockwell with CAD software
