The Role

Available to Greater Seattle and Eastside agents, Summit combines the structure of a traditional office with top-tier training and collaboration. You’ll be immersed in real estate and business essentials, preparing you for a seamless transition into one of our partner offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support buyers and sellers through every stage of the property process
- Apply internal procedures and industry best practices
- Stay up to date with market activity and property trends
- Attend structured classes, coaching sessions, and peer accountability groups
- Dedicate 10–15 hours per week to a comprehensive training plan
- Meet clear development milestones to prepare for independent success

The Person
- You must be licensed or currently enrolled in a real estate licensing program
- Approachable, motivated, and confident in building client relationships
- Skilled communicator with good negotiation ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- A self-starter who’s also a great team player
- You’ll need your own reliable transport and a valid driving license
- Must be aged 18 or over
