Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist will provide remote, contract-based expertise to support pharmacy-related training programs and educational content. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating course materials for accuracy in clinical pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, and medication use. The role involves consulting with instructional staff on best practices, assisting in the development of case studies and learning modules, and ensuring alignment with current guidelines and regulations. The Clinical Pharmacist may also participate in virtual sessions, answer learner questions, and provide professional insights to enhance curriculum quality. Collaboration with nursing and other healthcare educators is expected to maintain cohesive, evidence-based training across programs.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care to guide training content and clinical decision-making.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacy and Medicine to support accurate, evidence-based educational materials.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Compounding and safe medication preparation to ensure proper instructional guidance.
- Active pharmacist license (state-specific as required) and degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent).
- Experience as a clinical pharmcist in Long Term Care Setting.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, medication safety practices, and current clinical guidelines.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats for diverse learners.
- Comfort with remote work, virtual collaboration tools, and flexible contract engagement.
