RedMatter Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) to support a large-scale, high-availability system integrated with mission-critical applications.
This role oversees engineering activities supporting the organization’s information systems—whether newly developed, modified, or currently operational. Responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing, developing, evaluating, testing, and integrating systems infrastructure, including hardware and software design and implementation.
- Assuring that systems meet stability, integrity, and operational efficiency requirements in accordance with approved specifications.
- Providing support for acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and key operational/test events.
- Verifying that operational systems are maintained and optimized.
- Overseeing Systems Engineering staff and activities, including support, maintenance, and optimization of all networked software and associated operating systems.
- Execute and manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Plan and track project cost, schedules, and execution milestones.
- Develop and review technical performance metrics for engineering projects.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience supporting Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) technologies.
- 7+ years of experience with IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud-Based Products.
- 7+ years of experience integrating with third-party ID Verification services (e.g., TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, LexisNexis).
- Training and certification in the target ICAM product (IBM products preferred).
- AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of the full software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle.
- Ability to perform complex technical tasks independently and within teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Enterprise IT systems and services, identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS GovCloud technologies, and Platforms and services contemplated in the PWS.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and understanding how enhancements, defects, and change requests impact system architecture.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) Tier 4/6c security clearance.
- Expert-level knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
