We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected mid-sized law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries, while supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings and motions in both state and federal courts.

• Provide litigation support by assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and coordination during trials.

• Organize and manage case files to ensure deadlines are met and documents are properly maintained.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel to coordinate case activities.

• Prepare discovery requests and responses, as well as review and summarize relevant documents.

• Analyze and summarize depositions, medical records, and other case-related materials.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

• Collaborate with attorneys to create trial exhibits, visual aids, and mockups for case presentations.

• Utilize case management software and other tools to streamline workflows and case tracking.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury law.

• Proficiency in handling complex litigation matters.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.

• Skilled in using case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other legal technology tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Demonstrates a client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.

• Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred but not required.
