As a Team Lead - Closing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping Candeeland Chandler running smoothly and delighting our guests and maintaining a clean and well-managed space. You’ll:
- Lead, coordinate, and train a team of amazing staff members, specifically during the evening & closing hours of normal business operation
- Support in hosting parties and events that create unforgettable memories
- Foster a positive, energetic team culture that motivates the team and brings joy to everyone who walks through our doors
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience leading a team or managing a retail or entertainment venue
- Retail &/or cafe experience managing end-of-shift cash register count and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and natural leadership ability
- Passion for creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike
- Previous experience working with children is a bonus

Our Story: We are two families who grew up in Arizona and continue to share in the community with friends and neighbors we love! As parents of young children, we recognize the need for a clean, safe, & well-run indoor play space in the “Valley of the Sun”. We appreciate an indoor destination where parents can relax, enjoy a meal with some healthier options, and even an adult beverage while their children can play safely in a cool & fun environment during our long, hot summers.
