We’re hiring experienced Automotive Technicians to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art luxury service department. Work with the latest tools and diagnostics while earning top flat-rate pay and production bonuses.

$25.00–$50.00/hourly Flat Rate + Bonuses and Benefits/401K
Full-Time | Day Shift | Mon–Fri (Some Saturdays)
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards
- Perform electrical and advanced diagnostics
- Complete repair orders accurately
- Road test vehicles and ensure quality repairs
- Perform warranty work as required
What We’re Looking For
- Flat-rate technician experience required
- Luxury brand experience preferred (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- ASE Certifications and NYS Inspector license (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
Incentives
- 40–44.99 hrs: +$1.00/hr
- 45–49.99 hrs: +$1.50/hr
- 50+ hrs: +$2.00/hr
- 65+ hrs: $100 bonus
