Big Bang in Owensboro, KY is looking for one shift lead to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 4786 Frederica St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions and documentation
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
- Able to navigate point of sale system proficiently
- Able to perform data entry for long periods with speed and proficiency
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
