Transactional Paralegal
$80,000 - $115,000
A law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactions Paralegal to support attorneys in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate documents (entity formations, foreign qualifications, amendments)
- Support M&A transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing
- Conduct UCC searches and assist with regulatory filings
- Prepare closing checklists, signature packets, and organize executed documents
- Manage data rooms and maintain corporate and transaction records
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to support timely closings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with corporate transactions and M&A preferred
