Precision Body & Frame is growing, and we're looking for multiple experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our team immediately.

What We Offer
- $50,000 - $120,000+ per year (Based on experience and productivity)
- $2,000 New Hire Performance Bonus (Paid after 90 days of successful employment and successful completion of the probationary period)

90-day requirements for bonus
The employee must:
- Remain actively employed through the full 90-day period.
- Have no unexcused absences or serious attendance issues.
- Arrive on time consistently.
- Demonstrate safe work practices.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with the team.
- Produce work that meets the shop's quality standards with no pattern of preventable comebacks.
- Meet agreed-upon productivity expectations for their position.
What You'll Do
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Complete frame and unibody repairs using computerized measuring systems
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, grilles, and trim
- Perform MIG welding, STRSW, and manufacturer-approved repair procedures
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for refinishing
- Repair passenger vehicles, SUVs, light trucks, fleet, and commercial vehicles
- Produce high-quality repairs while meeting production goals
Qualifications
- Previous collision repair experience preferred
- Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Own professional body repair tools
- Experience in a professional collision repair shop or dealership
- I-CAR certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
