Precision Body & Frame is growing, and we're looking for multiple experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our team immediately.

  • $50,000 - $120,000+ per year (Based on experience and productivity)

90-day requirements for bonus

The employee must:

  • Remain actively employed through the full 90-day period.
  • Have no unexcused absences or serious attendance issues.
  • Arrive on time consistently.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well with the team.
  • Produce work that meets the shop's quality standards with no pattern of preventable comebacks.
  • Meet agreed-upon productivity expectations for their position.

What You'll Do

  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
  • Complete frame and unibody repairs using computerized measuring systems
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, grilles, and trim
  • Perform MIG welding, STRSW, and manufacturer-approved repair procedures
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
  • Prepare vehicles for refinishing
  • Repair passenger vehicles, SUVs, light trucks, fleet, and commercial vehicles
  • Produce high-quality repairs while meeting production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous collision repair experience preferred
  • Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
  • Own professional body repair tools
  • Experience in a professional collision repair shop or dealership
  • I-CAR certifications are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
