Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to ensure seamless technology operations across the firm. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of service, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system functionality.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deploy desktop and laptop systems, including imaging, configuration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Install, configure, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and networking components.
• Deliver effective troubleshooting for wireless and wired network systems, communication tools, and telecom devices.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address technical concerns, coordinate repairs, and request solutions.
• Participate in system rollouts and updates, offering input on the design, configuration, and deployment of operating systems, hardware, and applications.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, assignments, and retired devices.
• Develop and update user-friendly documentation to assist staff with resolving common IT issues.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

• Proficiency with technologies such as Office 365 and Active Directory.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and desktop systems.

• Hands-on experience with deskside support and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with iManage and other enterprise systems.

• Basic Security- Bit Locker, Crowdstrike

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

• Availability to participate in rotating on-call schedules for after-hours support.
