What You'll Do:
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions in limine, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare page-line summaries
- Utilize Lexis Form Builder for document generation
- Organize and maintain litigation files and calendaring systems
- Support trial preparation and litigation strategy sessions
What You Bring:
- Litigation background with at least 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with construction defects and/or insurance defense is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Lexis Form Builder
- Detail-oriented writing, organizational, and legal research skills
- Comfortable working onsite full-time in Roseville
