Injection Molding Machine Operator
We are hiring an Injection Molding Machine Operator to operate automated and manual equipment in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate 23 injection molding machines per shift.
- Set up machines and maintain required cycle times.
- Purge materials and assist with mold changes.
- Connect chillers, heaters, and other auxiliary equipment.
- Perform minor machine and mold adjustments.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Monitor product quality and production counts.
- Complete setup sheets and production paperwork.
- Communicate equipment issues to maintenance.
- Follow all safety and work instructions.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of machine operating experience preferred.
- Injection molding or plastics experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Able to stand for the entire shift and work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible for overtime and occasional weekend work.
- Spanish-only candidates are welcome.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
