Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and supporting network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Provide Tier I/II support for LAN/WAN, wireless systems, and virtual network environments.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues in coordination with NOC/SOC teams.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and inventory lists.
• Implement routine upgrades and patches to network infrastructure.
• Perform monitoring using tools such as SolarWinds and other SNMP-based systems.
• Support help desk and customer service functions related to connectivity and access.

Experience:

• Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in network support and implementation.
• Proven experience in supporting systems across public, private, and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of network technologies.

Certifications:

• Network+ OR Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ASWS Certified solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect or similar certifications are preferred.
