<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are an Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on an Environmental Attorney to join our growing team. The role is Hybrid, full-time position. We need someone with 4+ years of experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of environmental experience</li>
<li>Experience in regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and transactional due diligence</li>
<li>Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and/or RCRA matters and associated state regulations</li>
<li>Licensed in Texas</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Counsel and representation to clients on environmental law matters;</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and initiatives;</li>
<li>Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs;</li>
<li>Participate in negotiations, depositions and settlement discussions; and</li>
<li>Collaborate with other firm attorneys and legal professionals within other practices</li>
</ul>
 
The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
