Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care, ICU, or progressive care experience required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Experience with IV starts, lab draws/sample collection, and titrating critical drips
- Intermediate familiarity with telemetry, stepdown, or medical intermediate care patient populations preferred
- Travel RN experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and deliver strong patient-centered care
- Completion of pre-start compliance requirements and modules before assignment begins

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care for cardiac stepdown and IMCU patients requiring close observation and clinical support
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes promptly, and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Titrate critical drips and support treatment plans under established protocols
- Perform IV starts and collect labs/specimens as needed
- Support safe, efficient care delivery across assigned night shifts in an acute care setting
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Maintain a professional, flexible approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
