LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Nashville to support a dynamic legal team in handling complex commercial cases. What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of case preparation from start to finish.

Organize and manage case files, databases, and critical deadlines.

Handle electronic court filings across state, federal, and appellate courts.

Conduct legal research and document analysis.

Draft and refine pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Prepare deposition summaries, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks.

Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in commercial litigation.

Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems.
-
Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and processes is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
