Job DescriptionAre you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for litigation? LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Nashville to support a dynamic legal team in handling complex commercial cases. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes matters while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of case preparation from start to finish.

  • Organize and manage case files, databases, and critical deadlines.

  • Handle electronic court filings across state, federal, and appellate courts.

  • Conduct legal research and document analysis.

  • Draft and refine pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence.

  • Prepare deposition summaries, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in commercial litigation.

  • Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems.

  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and processes is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
