Sub Acute Unit Nurse Manager!!!
Salary (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the Sub Acute Unit Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>
Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
</li>
<li>
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
</li>
<li>
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications of the Sub Acute Unit Nurse Manager:
<ul>
<li>
Must have New York RN
</li>
<li>
2+ years of experience as a Unit Manager ideally on a subacute unit in long term care
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment techniques.
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with IV infusion procedures and family planning services is highly desirable.
</li>
<li>
Experience with Sigmacare is an asset.
</li>
<li>
Must have strong clinical skills and have great “customer service”
</li>
<li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
</li>
