Licensed Real Estate Agent – Remote Opportunity with Leads and Training Provided
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000+ annually (commission-based)

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Work inbound and company-provided seller leads — no cold calling or door knocking
- Evaluate property values using comps, market data, and site-level insights
- Build rapport with sellers, negotiate terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish
- Use our CRM daily to track your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions and get deals closed
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold an active real estate license (required)
- Have at least 1 year of experience in acquisitions or residential sales
- Are confident in communicating over the phone and handling objections
- Are self-motivated, accountable, and thrive in a results-driven environment
- Want to maximize your income without being tied to a local office or generating your own
