Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth, successful transactions.
- Identify and engage potential homebuyers, providing property options tailored to their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Prepare and review essential documentation, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Conduct open houses and property showings, offering professional insight into the local real estate market.
- Guide clients through the financial and emotional aspects of home buying, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or within real estate preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Active real estate license preferred; support available for candidates in the process of obtaining one.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
