We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officer to serve as a Lobby Ambassador/Concierge. This role requires a blend of traditional security responsibilities with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, articulate, and comfortable interacting with tenants, visitors, and executives while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control & Security Monitoring.
- Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, and tenants entering the building.
- Monitor security systems, cameras, and alarms.
- Conduct regular patrols of the lobby and common areas.
- Enforce building policies and procedures consistently.
- Customer Service & Concierge Duties.
- Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the lobby desk.
- Assist tenants and guests with directions, information, and inquiries.
- Handle package deliveries, visitor badges, and parking validations.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for service requests.
- Emergency Response & Incident Reporting.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Write accurate and detailed incident reports.
- Assist first responders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Guard Card required.
- Prior security, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred (high-rise environment a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, clean-cut appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and access control systems.
