SVP of Sales – Home Textiles
Location: Charlotte, NC
We're partnering with a global leader in home textiles to identify a Vice President of Sales who will play a key role in the future leadership of the organization.
This is more than a sales leadership role—it's an opportunity to work alongside the current EVP of Sales as part of a succession plan, with the goal of growing into executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the EVP of Sales to drive strategic growth across major retail accounts.
- Manage key customer relationships with retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Amazon, and Target.
- Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and overseas manufacturing teams.
- Lead and mentor sales team members while helping build the future organization.
- Travel domestically and internationally to customers, factories, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Executive sales leadership experience within bedding, home textiles, or home furnishings.
- Strong relationships with major retailers, particularly Walmart.
- Experience working with product development, merchandising, and manufacturing.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence teams and drive business growth.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
