Lawn Maintenance Crew Member (Entry-Level)
R&D Landscape
Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Operate commercial mowers and lawn maintenance equipment.
- Mow residential and commercial properties with attention to quality and detail.
- Trim, edge, and clean up properties after mowing.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow safety procedures while working around equipment and job sites.
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes.
- Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous mowing experience (professional mowing experience preferred).
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
